Flic joined the team at mta optima in August 2003. She has spent many years working in the fields of tax and compliance including income tax planning, effective structuring, asset protection, capital gains tax, due diligence, and superannuation.  In recent times Flic has extended into a business analyst role at mta optima.

Flic has built fantastic relationships with customers and also plays a role in mentoring staff within the firm.  She has worked with many businesses in a range of industries including retail, wholesale, medical, infrastructure, trade, business professionals and entrepreneurs.  Flic is passionate about working together with her clients in and on their business to continuously develop and strengthen them.

With two small children at home Flic achieves the work-life balance by working in the office and remotely from home.
