We have recently moved our structure to one where our customers agree IN ADVANCE what the price for each particular assignment we assist them with will be.
This enables us to get on with the job and the customer to have the certainty, clarity and comfort which we love them to have when it comes to their accounting/business advisory work.
Our approach is one where there are no “nasty surprises” and one which encourages our clients to ring us - as part of our engagement, there are unlimited phone calls and meetings! The more we deal with you, the better outcome we can get for you.
Our pricing is quoted up-front, we don't keep time sheets and all our clients are on direct debit arrangements so that instead of getting a “blister” of an account every so often, the accounts are paid via direct debit every month over the 12 month period of our typical compliance and advisory engagement - there may well be shorter engagements, but they are separately agreed with you and the price is agreed in advance so that you have certainty. Once the documentation is completed, we can all get on with getting the job done.
We have developed a profile of our “ideal client”. It largely reflects our own approach - friendly, professional, successful and open to suggestion with regard to new and progressive ways of approaching their business. They don't want to stagnate and they enjoy what they do. They also recognise the various legislative requirements they have to comply with. This is different to a lot of accounting businesses out there.
We don't want to be the biggest accounting business - we like dealing with people we like. We recognise that every one of our clients has their own unique needs and requirements and we tailor our services to meeting those needs and requirements. The investment made in our services assists our clients in developing their business and taking greater control of their lives.
