Changes to Industrial Relations Laws
What has changed?
The Federal Government introduced legislative changes that will impact on most employees between July 2009 and January 2010. Those changes include:
- The introduction of the Fair Work Act and its associated National Employment Standards

We’re thrilled to announce that we have established a Queensland office of mta optima!
We are have commenced our operation in Noosa on the the Sunshine Coast region, providing excellent, personalised service to the clients in south-eastern Queensland. We see it as a fantastic opportunity for our business. There are some wonderful opportunities for businesses to work with us to minimise their tax, maximise their growth and plan for and implement strategies that will see them create wealth.
Our staff in Queensland are all Victorian trained and supported and we’ll regularly have people from our Victorian office up there to work with our Queensland-based staff and customers.

New Computer System
Many of our clients may be aware that we had severe problems with our server last month. Due to fatal errors with our hardware we were basically unable to work for an entire week. Luckily our backups were performed nightly and our data loss was kept to a minimum.

Funny - Tax judgement accepts the bare facts
