Business Management
One of the key areas in our business is working with our clients on developing their businesses. This often involves monthly (or weekly!) meetings with the client to go through the issues that are impacting on their business.
Our approach in carrying out this role is to act as a supportive, friendly ear to the business proprietors and, in many cases, act as the “Devil’s Advocate”. In this latter role in particular, we can often assist clients in refining their business decisions for a far better result.
It is a fact of business life that it can be very lonely as a business proprietor. We recognise this and specifically target our services to offer the support and assistance to you in performing your duties.
The provision by us of a “sounding board” for our clients when assessing various issues impacting on their business is, we believe, very valuable. It not only provides a terrific service to our clients, it enables us to develop a far greater understanding of the business and the people in it. This then allows to to provide even greater service to the client.
To assist us in our role, we have a range of highly experienced, retired business people who work with us on a client-by-client basis acting as an “Advisory Board” to the clientbusiness. Our panel includes “old heads” who have started their own businesses and developed them to the point where they were turning over tens of millions of dollars per annum and employing over 200 staff. They know the issues. They’ve “been there and done that”. The clients who are using their services at present are all experiencing growth in excess of 30% per annum with improved cashflows, client referrals and staff satisfaction.
To encourage you to “take the step”, we are offering a free initial 45 minute analysis on the issues facing your business at present.
