We also lost track of time – we don’t do the timesheet thing. We dropped them on 1 July 2007. Our customers agree with us the price for their work before we commence anything. That way they have certainty, clarity and comfort with regard to the outcomes and the price attaching to achieving those. It makes the whole process far more enjoyable – for all concerned.
